發(fā)布時(shí)間:2017-07-18 17:39:36運(yùn)動(dòng)技能是指人體在運(yùn)動(dòng)中掌握和有效地完成專門動(dòng)作的能力。課的密度是指課中各種活動(dòng)合理運(yùn)用的時(shí)間與課的總時(shí)間的比例。運(yùn)動(dòng)密度(練習(xí)密度):體育課中學(xué)生做練習(xí)的總時(shí)間與課的總時(shí)間的比例。運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)力定型:大腦皮質(zhì)運(yùn)動(dòng)中樞內(nèi)支配的部分肌肉活動(dòng)的神經(jīng)元在機(jī)能上進(jìn)行排列組合,興奮和抑制在運(yùn)動(dòng)中樞內(nèi)有順序地、有規(guī)律地和有嚴(yán)格時(shí)間間隔地交替發(fā)生,形成了一個(gè)系統(tǒng),成為一定的形式和格局,使條件反射系統(tǒng)化。大腦皮質(zhì)機(jī)能的這種系統(tǒng)性就稱為運(yùn)動(dòng)動(dòng)力定型動(dòng)作自動(dòng)化:所謂自動(dòng)化,就是練習(xí)某一套動(dòng)作時(shí),可以在無意識(shí)的條件下完成。動(dòng)機(jī):人們的一切行動(dòng)都是有目的的,都是受一定目的支配的,這種支配人們行為的目的,就稱為是動(dòng)機(jī)。固有反饋指由所要完成動(dòng)作練習(xí)本身所提供的信息的反饋,如籃圈、箭靶等給練習(xí)者提供瞄準(zhǔn)信息,這是動(dòng)作練習(xí)本身要求所固有的。非固有反饋:指練習(xí)者在進(jìn)行練習(xí)過程中或練習(xí)后,為了更準(zhǔn)確的完成動(dòng)作,由外部提供信息的反饋,如教師或教練員用語言、動(dòng)作或某種機(jī)械刺激來提示練習(xí)者如何完成或改進(jìn)動(dòng)作。這是動(dòng)作練習(xí)本身非固有的反饋。體育教學(xué)原則:是體育教學(xué)過程客觀規(guī)律的反應(yīng),是在長期的體育教學(xué)實(shí)踐積累起來的、具有普遍意義的經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié)和概括,是體育教師進(jìn)行教學(xué)工作必須遵循的準(zhǔn)則。

The college enrollment that keeps decreasing further results in growing alarms over the issue.From my perspective, such a subject is nonsense since knowledge and skills are unified and we can"t draw a line between them. Where do your skills come from? Your skills stem from what you"ve learned from books, from your life experiences and other people. You can"t learn any skills without knowledge, which, in turn, can be measured only by means of skills. There is no doubt that quite a few people of poor educational background exerted themselves and have finally made it, while in many cases, many people can"t show their abilities and skills without knowledge.If we compare accumulating knowledge to developing the ability to walk, then developing skills to the ability to jump. One can not jump high if he can"t walk stably. We are living in an era of knowledge economy, one will lose his position in the society without knowledge.
